FAQ
The questions we get asked most.
- What should I wear?
- There is no dress code at NEXT. Come as you like: sportswear, leggings, a dress, streetwear… or even heels. You come here to let go, express yourself and enjoy it. There is even a special discount for the girls who turn up to class in heels — completely tongue-in-cheek, and exactly why we love it.
- What do I need for the Treadmill class?
- Indoor training shoes suited to the treadmill, with protected toes and good grip, new and kept exclusively for this class — for hygiene and to protect the belts. Socks alone are not allowed: they don’t protect your toes and can catch between the belt and the frame. Heels are for arriving and for the photos.
- Is the class only for athletes?
- No. Treadmill is designed to work at different levels. The intensity adapts to your ability and your fitness.
- What is Treadmill at NEXT?
- A hosted 50-minute class built around treadmill walking, designed to work the whole body while genuinely enjoying yourself. It runs in five parts: warm-up, treadmill cardio (brisk walking, changes of pace and incline), strength work, a more intense finisher, then a cool-down and stretching.
- How long is the class?
- The class runs 50 minutes, from the start of the warm-up to the cool-down.
- What are the benefits?
- Treadmill combines cardio, endurance, strength work and calorie burn in a single session, in a dynamic and motivating format.
- How can I make the session harder?
- You can bring adjustable weights for your wrists and/or ankles. They intensify the strength work on certain exercises. They are optional and should match your level.
- Which class should I choose for a first visit?
- The €39 first experience is the ideal way to discover NEXT and how we work.
- Can I come on my own?
- Of course. Alone or with someone, you are always welcome at NEXT.
- How do I book a class?
- Every NEXT class is booked directly on our site. Choose your class and your slot and book in a few clicks. Places are limited, so book ahead.
- Can I cancel or move a booking?
- Yes, up to 24 hours before the class starts. After that the booking stands and cannot be moved or refunded.
- What if I’m late?
- We recommend arriving a few minutes early. More than 10 minutes late and entry is no longer possible; the session counts as cancelled.
- Can I buy a card or a membership?
- Yes. The trial card is available on the site or at the club. If you need help choosing the right formula, we will talk it through with you in person.
- Who created NEXT?
- NEXT was created by Charlotte, a slightly excessive girl — always with good intentions. She found her refuge on a treadmill, has always had an artist’s soul and a passion for beautiful spaces, music, movement and meeting people. Rather than choose one passion, she decided to bring them all together in one place.
- Why bring sport and art together?
- Because at NEXT, we didn’t want to choose.
- What is the NEXT gallery?
- NEXT is also an art gallery conceived as a living space, where sport, art, music and community meet. The exhibitions change regularly to showcase different artists and different worlds.
- When are the exhibitions?
- Every Thursday, 6 pm to 9 pm, NEXT opens its doors for its art evenings. A new artist takes over the gallery each month.
- Can I buy the works on show?
- Yes. Works exhibited at NEXT are for sale, depending on the artist and the current exhibition. Contact us directly for availability and prices.
- Can I come just to see the exhibition?
- Of course. NEXT is a cultural venue too: you can come and see the exhibitions, the artists and the gallery without taking a class.
- Can NEXT be hired for an event?
- Yes. NEXT can be hired privately for personal or corporate events. Get in touch and we will shape an event that looks like you.
